cardamom

paprika
thyme
mustard
anise
caraway
salt
pepper
coconut milk
leftover cooked hubbard squash

saute onion.
add:
lime leaves.
herbs.
coconut milk.
squash.
mash it up.
reduce to desired consistency,
or add water and make soup.
make the cheese melty.

feed to budding doctor to help them study.
