SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP...CASSEROLE?

this was one of the most delicious dinners i've had in awhile.

it started out innocent enough,
and then it morphed into something outrageous
when i started adding:
broccoli,
shredded carrot,
peas,
leek,
onion.

this is gunna happen again sometime soon.
very soon.
baked in a 350F oven on the lowest rack
till the top gets brown and crispy.
nom nom nom.
